SIX sessions over THREE months getting you ready for middle leadership
Service Description
This is a short term offer of six sessions over a three month period, with two sessions per month. Each session will last for one hour and this course is designed to offer expertise and insight for teachers seeking to acquire their first middle leadership post. A session might include but is not limited to: - An exploration of any middle leadership goals - How to strategically position yourself for promotion in light of context and experience - How to identify your 'supporters' and 'detractors' - How to identify the best middle leadership position for your skill set and strengths - Application and Interview Support *Please note that this note is not exclusive and the sessions will be guided by the needs of the client.
Cancellation Policy
1. Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule their appointment at no additional cost if they provide at least 24 hours' notice. - Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of £20. 2. Cancellation: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. - No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged the full service fee. 3. Exceptions: - I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact myself as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, and I will do our best to accommodate your situation. 5.
