Life Mentoring and Coaching- Aimed at helping an individual clarify their goals, identify their obstacles and come up with a plan to reach their goals.

Strategy Consulting
I provide language, direction and clarity for leaders carrying inspiring and transcendent visions. I make the intangible, tangible by working with leaders.
I support organisations by designing systems, long term and mid term strategies/goals that align with vision and mission. Therefore creating and sustaining the momentum and buy in needed to achieve the desired success. Therefore ensuring that all stakeholders connected to the organisation are able to bring the vision and mission to life.
Education System Related
In my first year of teaching (now known as ECT1), I developed Psychology as a subject. It became one of the most popular sixth form subjects and I was promoted as Lead of Psychology as an ECT2. After two years of successfully leading the department, I was offered the role of Head of Social Sciences. To rise fairly fast in leadership hasn't been a passive journey. I have had to be determined to gain the character, skills and compentency of a good leader. To manage is easy, to lead is another art form. I desire to provide insight, support and guidance to a practitioner who would too like to become a middle leader. In addition, I am invested in consulting educational leaders locally and internationally on matters of pedagogy, teaching and learning.
